are as clever as we believe them to be,
and in the heat of all of us,
we will melt
we will melt
into something that I hope heaven feels like,
we will melt
into color
Now give us a gold star
for this excellence we have achieved
and I’ll hang it in our skies,
reminding us forever and ever and always
of the bit of truest trust we have ever felt
and how,
